Brauerei Zum Schiffchen
Altstadt - The restaurant/brewery "Zum Schiffchen", located in the heart of the "Old Town", is the oldest restaurant in Düsseldorf. In 1628, it was mentioned for the first time, and even Napoleon was served here. With its cultivated, rustic atmosphere, the friendly "Köbessen" (waiters) and the Rhenish specialties, it is a typical Düsseldorf restaurant "par excellence". Besides "Alt"beer, there is also - very unusual for a brewery - a well assorted wine list. The restaurant has 420 seats and is divided up into several rooms.
