Fittings for High Pressure & High Temperature Analysis

Upchurch Scientific has expanded the line of high-pressure polymer fingertight fitting able to withstand up to 200°C/392°F. Now available in both coned and flat-bottom configurations, these nut/ferrule systems made of polyketone (PK), exhibit biocompatibility comparable to PEEK™. The High Temperature Fingertight for coned ports is rated to 414 bar (6,000 psi) at 200°C, and to 827 bar (12,000 psi) at ambient temperatures, making it ideal for applications where a metal fitting is unsuitable, such as protein analysis and ion chromatography.
